WHAT IS SCHOOL TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM

The Education Leadership and Management System (ELMS) in collaboration with Al Kisa Foundation and Al Kisa Education System (AKES) aims at to revolutionize schools in Pakistan, aligning them with internationally recognized standards. ELMS facilitates the evaluation of current conditions, devises improvement strategies, and enhances leadership capabilities to ensure sustainable transformation and progress in education. This document serves as a comprehensive guide for schools and evaluators, outlining the evaluation process and providing essential tools such as rubrics, templates, and procedures.
