Director: Syed Zain Abbas
Syed Zain Abbas is an engineer-turned-educationist whose journey reflects a deep and evolving commitment to meaningful societal change through education. After completing his BS in Electronic Engineering and MS in Electrical Engineering in 2013 and 2015 respectively, he worked for four years in a leading engineering firm. However, his passion for teaching and social impact led him to leave the engineering field and establish value-driven schools rooted in his belief system.

To further broaden his understanding of society and its transformative needs, he pursued advanced studies in International Relations, Literature, and Education .Through this multidisciplinary lens, he concluded that education is the most effective agent for positive change, and has since dedicated himself fully to this field.
Over the years, he has served in multiple educational leadership roles—including as a teacher, academic manager, principal, and currently as Director Operations at ELMS At ELMS, he has been leading initiatives such as school transformation projects, the WISE Talks international speaking forum, and the Sukhan-e-ELM lecture series.
A passionate writer, Syed Zain Abbas has authored a number of stories and short films, creatively addressing themes related to education, ethics, and religion for both students and educators. He has designed number of trainings for educators to give insight about the value driven education in contemporary education system. His poetry and creative works reflect a unique and thoughtful exploration of the intersections between physics, philosophy, and spirituality, marking him as a reflective voice in contemporary educational and intellectual discourse.
