The AIMS School and College Hosts Nation-Level
'WISE Talks' Competitions

We are delighted to share that The AIMS School and College successfully hosted the National Level Final Round of the “WISEtalk Public Speaking Competition.” This intellectual and thought-provoking event was organized under the auspices of the Education Leadership and Management System (ELMS), with enthusiastic participation from young orators across Pakistan.

This competition is part of a global educational initiative aimed at providing youth with an effective platform to reflect on and articulate national and global issues. The contest began with the Islamabad Regional Round and has now progressed to the next stage, moving toward an international-level competition scheduled to take place in Iraq by the end of 2025. 

Echoing Young Voices at the National Level

Students from various cities across Pakistan participated in this national-level program. Speeches were delivered in both Urdu and English, with young speakers shedding light on critical topics such as social issues, economics, health, education, and the environment, showcasing their research and analytical skills.  

Speeches by Distinguished Guests

Social activist and educationist, the chief guest of the event, Ms. Mehr Naqvi, commended the students’ talents and encouraged them to continue excelling in academic, ethical, and creative fields. She praised the efforts of ELMS and The AIMS School & College and expressed heartfelt gratitude for organizing such a meaningful program. 

Professor Syed Imtiaz Ali Rizvi, CEO of ELMS and The AIMS, stated that this competition is not just a public speaking event but a global educational movement taking place simultaneously in different regions of the world, with Pakistan playing a notable leadership role. He encouraged the national-level winning students and expressed confidence that they would perform exceptionally in the upcoming international competition in Iraq. He extended sincere thanks to all guests, judges, parents, teachers, and the teams of ELMS and The AIMS.

Mr. Asghar Hussain Shaheedi, Director of ELMS, emphasized the importance of continuous learning and maintaining a passion for knowledge in his speech. He reaffirmed ELMS’s commitment to organizing similar educational and creative programs in the future and thanked the guests, parents, students, and the entire administrative teams of ELMS and The AMES. 

Prizes and Recreational Activities

At the conclusion of the program, the competition results were announced, and awards were distributed. Participants were applauded for their outstanding performances, and a grand ceremony was held to celebrate their achievements.

As a closing highlight, a recreational trip to Murree was arranged to foster connections among students and parents from different regions, creating a friendly and engaging atmosphere—a delightful conclusion to this prestigious event.  

While bidding farewell to parents and students departing for the Murree excursion, The Principal of The AIMS once again expressed gratitude and elaborated on the institution’s comprehensive educational system. Parents were assured that The AIMS would warmly welcome their children for admissions.
